You can all have my word now, it's never been our intention to take over the BDO, we have no intention of taking over the BDO,
Scotland, Netherlands, England, N.Ireland, Australia, Austria, Wales, Belgium I would guess at being the seeds.
Leaves Ireland with O'Connor and Lennon, Poland with Ratajski and Kanik, Spain with Reyes and Alcinas. The swedes and the Fins always show well. In theory the Japanese team will be a bit better match ready on the assumption they are pulled from the Asian tour.

Completely pointless tournament for the Major nations, the smaller nations have the chance to make a story for themselves(in their own country).
Format change for me would be to add a women into the mix.
I'd add a woman in for mixed threes but switch the format so that there's more team matches and then just three singles at the end. Pairs and threes are far more unpredictable.

They won't as like all sports people want to see the best play..the elite..90% of viewers are not forum visitors..they don't follow darts religiously..they just want to see the best play...in all sports.. ....and Cross has been on the scene 5 minutes anyway..I'd sooner watch Cross v MVG anyway than a token female thrown in and most viewers would
I know its one of the weakest PDC events, its non ranking and invitational so another glorified exbo.
But the Mushrooms will surely love it, after all they cry the PDC are the same 8 players, so now they are getting something different.
