Still, can look forward to watching the last session tonight with Gary very much in the mix. Won't be an easy match against Mensur, but think he will come through it and set up a 2nd match of the day against MVG.
Brilliant game Anderson was 7-3 up and coasting and looked like winning the group but mvg went on one of his runs where he wins leg after leg got to 9-9 mvg had two match darts missed the d4 by a whisker then Anderson checked out 140
Just watched that deciding leg.

Thought the advertised time of 6.30 must have been an error.

Was the first half hour of the match on the red button?
Started 630 but i noticed when coverage was going off this aft it said coverage resumes 630pm and 7pm in scotland
And to make it worse, not only did I miss the first 5 legs, but had to watch Sportscene featuring the Kilmarnock vs Celtic match. :banghead:
If you have Sky or Virgin you could have just put one of the regional variants of BBC Two on and watched it all.

Terrible camera angle, can only see a small part of the board. On another note what is the BBC doing promoting gambling adverts. I don't pay my licence fee to have that shite rammed down impressionable young viewers throats.

Wright pulls it back to 5-5 (100% on the doubles). Mvg goes back to 8-5. What a player.

anyway Brighton's goal keeper is in. Wonder if des will send some darts to the Brighton team?

Who is spotting?? The production is a joke.

And yes I’m with those who thought it’d be a 7pm start - have BBC2 got a repeat of Coast to show or something ?? :DDD:

I know that, but didn't realise at the time the darts had started.

Wonderful standard. Getting PDC product on primetime BBC is a huge platform and don't think anyone can fail to see the difference between the quality of this and the defunct BDO offering on BBC? I miss the players chugging pints in the bar but other than that this is light years ahead of the amateurs they have replaced
