Wed = 23 (+18)
Thu = 28 (+16)
Fri = 20 (+16)
Sat afternoon = 18 (+4)
Sat eve = 47 (+12)
Sun aft = 7 (+1)
Sun eve = 14 (+3)

TOTAL = 157 (+70)

Welsh cinema at the same stage before the event last year? 154.

So double the sessions and barely any more tickets sold, unless everyone is booking the cheaper stands tickets and hoping to be moved forward

The releasing of the draw and schedule has done wonders for the sales. Even at full price its about £3k of income, various offers on the go though for bulk and multiple session sales.

It's almost as if the "people waiting for the schedule" thing was just an excuse. But, still, the allure of "BDO darts" isn't pulling in the general punter, and neither are the "names" getting their mates in.

Haven't they tried giving out tickets on the streets of Preston, as the PDC did in the early days of the Matchplay?

Hardly anyone is interested in paying to watch anything other than Lakeside, bar the players mates, fam and the hardcore fans like Jackie.
Stop spending the members cash on tat like this and concentrate on the majority rather than the few.

At least 300 for each of the 3 sessions. Traded off the venue, as well as their mailing list.
