Just have to be Lakeside eligible so yes he could if he wanted. Quite sure a Challenge Tour player qualified for it a couple of years back.

‪Cheers Andrew, I’m bringing a few guys with me next week to flyer and poster all of Preston , just wanted to know any particular darting pubs or good places to get posters up besides places that we just find. All shop windows and businesses that will allow us to advertise will get posters and flyers through doors , universities , taxi companies etc , just really want any other ideas on places we ain’t already thought of, cheers Des‬

Director showing initiative to try and fill the venue, can't fault him for trying however amateurish it may seem to some.

I'd contact the student union and offer discounts as well. Stick an advert in the local press.
