Thats all well and good but its now mid-May, the event is at the start of October and they will need a whole week booking to set up/strip down, places get booked up years in advance in some cases and by leaving it this late you are totally shooting yourself in the foot, they will never learn

And in this case, Event City is hosting "THE FAMILY PET SHOW 2018" on said weekend

Been to event city for darts when there were other events on the same time as the darts including a Tattoo convention , the place is huge .

Would imagine a pet show takes up more space than a tattoo convention, seen the size of Crufts?
