According to The Advocate in 2015 Cadby was taken into custody. It said "A warrant had been issued by police for the arrest of Cadby, wanted for failing to appear in court, theft and numerous other alleged offences."

Sounds like a lovely young man, just the type of chap we want in the UK. Sounds harsh but if he cannot get a visa due to these arrests then he only has himself to blame and should have though about that before breaking the law.

I don’t think it was revoked. Initially came on a 3 month tourist visa but winning his tour card meant he needed a long term working visa. That’s when he hit problems as obviously his criminal convictions mean he’s not eligible.

He makes no excuses about his past life with him and his brothers..he admits it and also thanks his wife for taking him away from that life...Bristow was a burglar remember in his youth....Cadby is open and honest about his past..always was when he was over here.....he deserves a permit and deserves a chance in my opinion
