"same 9 players"
The field in the U23 event in Germany had a similar sort of turn out to the main events here, may account for a little of the missing players but is the cut off 16 for the boys?

Seems a lot of Dutch and Belgians went to Germany instead of going to Belgium.

WDT qualifier Borland also went to Germany to get match practice rather than going to the BFO ranked belgian events.
Under 18 for Belgium Events , anyone know how many under 18s played in Germany ???

If you look in the development tour thread there is a table with the ranked players including ages where known. There are 8 on the list who are 17 and under. Whether they were all in Germany I don't have it in me to check but most certainly were. Plus there are players ages unknown and the ones that haven't earned £100 or more this year.

£8,000 or more on offer in Germany and had similar u18 players than belgium had , Belgium entries suffered in general as 3 separate orgss involved in darts you have Belfry/Bruges darts the BDB and the guys that run Antwerp Open , it’s fair to say the degree of animosity between them stretches to not attending each other’s Events which imo is a shame .
