Have the Liverpool Echo been on to the PDC to complain?

Think it was someone asking why as Russian ain’t in the UK qualifiers but in the rest of the World.

Hard to work out for some.

If that’s aimed at me then I’m sorry it was a silly question given Ana lives in the UK and I don’t know the eligibility rules!

Burton alive and kicking.

Here's the tentative Ally Pally qualification tables, courtesy of the on hiatus @bsd987. Alan Tabern, Paul Nicholson, Wayne Jones, and Kirk Shepherd in line to get back after long absences.

So uncle Barry found another couple of nails to drive into the coffin.

Looking forward to this, will be interesting to see how it works out the first time.

I have argued for years that the way forward for the women's game in the long term is to compete on an equal footing with the men. I see no physical reason why they should be separated. I am not really a fan of favouring them with a place just because of their gender - but, I can see why it needs to be done in the short term. Why any female dart player would pass up this opportunity is utterly beyond me - hope Ana qualifies, would be nice to see the return of the snarling black shirted Cossack.

with more Pro tour qualifiers I dont think they make up the numbers tbh. It is a truly global World Championships. 3 N American places as well I notice.

The differences between the two championships on every level is now quite staggering.
Agreed. Madness on the PDC's part.

I agree..maybe going up to 80 (from 72) would have been a more logical progression. Can only assume they know the extra sessions will sell.

£2.5m for a darts tournament though....crickey!

I DO utterly detest ladies darts. If they want to play against the men in a unified field to help them improve to some sort of watchable standard though - fire in. I have said this consistently over the years - if you want to go digging for quotes I am sure you'll find plenty.

I do actually wonder the intelligence of some people on here.
I get why we all do a bit of trolling, i like a bit of banter, and I even get a Rout type of aversion to the PDC.

I don't get dull boring unfunny posters like you who don't back anything up. Waste of space in every way.
Cone back Rout, your team needs some intelligence.

They needed to fill the extra sessions and give them a structure. 96 is obvious on many levels.
