I'm sure Cullen had the same record until he beat some Prelim rabbit the other year. As for current record: pass.
You're right... And wrong... Cullen had actually won a prelim match on his second appearance but he only got through the last 64 for the first in his 7th attempt when he beat Cadby in 2017

Didn’t Davy Richardson hold that record previously??

Davy Richardson won on his 6th attempt... So De Graaf has gone ahead of him (or behind him)

Asada holding his throw admirably, but not finding it on Wade's throw crucially :(

Think this shows there really is a market out there in asia if the PDC can find a way to make it work. Asia tour looked to be a decent standard and if someone like Asada can push on to the next step it could be the catalyst the area needs.

And again he's shouted straight in Asada's face, what an absolute disgrace.

Full credit to Seigo, class act and played supremely well aside from a couple of crucial legs.

Annoying but like I’ve said before, you’ve got to hand it to Wade, one of the best at finding a way to win.

Would love to see Asada give q school a go, a real talent who I’m sure would develop even further if exposed to the tour full time.

"Did it for my country", what the heck is this guy on? It's not the World Cup, or is he confused?

Everyone knows I was always a Wade fan, but tonight even I thought he deserved to lose, not because he was lucky he wasn't cos his doubling was superb, and his experience won through....but because of his shouting in the face of Asada

I was one of the first to criticize Gurney, Price and others for acting poorly, and would be hypocritical of me not to condemn Wade for being just as bad.

At the end Asada bowed as a mark of respect and Wade just gave him a nonchalant slap on the arm with no eye contact.Wade came across like an ignorant cnut

Afterwards in the interview he spewed this "for my country" rubbish.
i am so sorry for my actions these last ten years, i'm going through a tough time

Very xenophobic reaction from Wade, and agree with Skewball, James clearly pished.

Well done for admitting he was wrong, but why are you made up he got the job done? What is remotely likeable about the bloke? A king-sized, horrid man who shows no reason to like him whatsoever besides being a good darts player.

Having now heard that he wanted to hurt him deliberately, why should he be allowed to continue in this tournament? If he is thrown out, and quite rightly so, how could he have any arguments? And why are there so many knobs around in darts nowadays? Wade, Price, Gurney, MVG, Lewis, all guilty of the same kind of behaviour on stage, not just once either.
