No, they have been found in breach of OFCOM rules, hence why its in the section "In Breach" on all three occasions. Sadly they never tell you the punishment which will likely be a monetary one.

I am a regular reader of the OFCOM fortnightly Bulletins and I dont recall any other broadcast being breached as much since the start of the year. What a ramshackle operation they truly are. Why any self respecting sporting body would want to be associated with them, I have no idea.

I'm sure the minor indiscretions will be ironed out when they have a quick conversation as per the Decision.

Shame they never put the fine amounts in them.

They only do that when a fine is issued.

I’m sure they’ve all been very naughty boys and will get sent for crucifixion.

But this is of no concern to the BDO. If they get taken off the air maybe, but I can’t exactly see that happening.
