Not a surprise, hardly around the corner and he seems to have cut the number of events he enters.

Is he even playing much? he said himself in January that he would be doing less than last year (which was next to nothing)

Including lakeside. Prize money this year.
If you look at both orgs he is 12th in the earning stats this year. And that is including Ally Pally.

and hes probably played the least number of events in anyone in the top 50 earnings.

Which is what makes his comments at lakeside even more weird, why would he go round the world with the PDC at his age when he can still earn that kind of money from doing next to nothing.

How much has second placed earned in comparison? I know it's Mark McGeeney who was runner up at Lakeside and won a few cat a+ events

He's 34th with 45K+.(As some prize money unknown) After that then you seen the real gaping divide.

In all fairness, you have to factor in that at this stage of the season, the UK Open is the only ranking PDC Major that has taken place so far this year. With The Matchplay, Grand Prix, European Championships, Grand Slam and the PC Finals still to take place, this will have a significant impact, given on the BDO side, the only event left( Other than the Grand Slam) is the Masters.

I looked at James wade 40k behind Duzza. Played close to 40 events compared to Duzza's 5.

And you need to remember a normal ranking event in the PDC can earn you as much as Duzza took for winning the WDT.

Ffs Chris.

As you are clearly aware Lakeside win was 100k, James won 10k after losing his first round match at Ally Pally.

Yes but he has played 40 events with more prize money than any event Durrant has played. (apart from lakeside)
