Random number generator produces number.
If there have been 96 posts say, and number 118 comes out, there can't possibly be a winner from that. Next number is 72, check post 72 in the first round thread, if they have predicted in all rounds and not won a prize already, hey presto, have a set of darts.
Just a chance for everyone to be in with a random shout at the end, only if you predict in all rounds.
