Re: Scottish Classic 2018
Arnt these the newish events that popped up in the last 5 years with promise of a big prizefund but entry was high and needed to be well supported?phil davies wrote:How are these events so poorly funded their loads of pub/club events around me with similar prize funds. Surely these sort of events should be able to get the money.
They are catering for too few people now, didnt even get 128 (which you would think is your bare minimum you base your tournament over) in the first year.
The opens will be around as long as the organizations are, all these "classic" and "masters" events will die off soon.

I just notice Ethel same thing with regards to Lakeside not being mentioned. Someone certainly doesn’t seem to want to be building bridges.Ginge wrote:Not a single mention of the word "Lakeside" in thatssjsa wrote:http://www.bdodarts.com/scotclassic18.php
