Is he balls going to do that.
To get tv or a venue at this late stage I can see anything happening
To hire the Indigo for the duration of the tournament will be in excess of £150,000. If they have no sponsor or TV deal then there is no way the youth can have a £309k prize fund, if the World Masters looses money they will be in a vey dodgy situation. If it's not a Lakeside they should not go ahead with it, it would be commercial suicide. They should scrap the masters and the worlds and concentrate on county.

Cheers for the hello on Twitter anyway, give that bloke a break you are harassing, he clearly is only asking a simple question.

Anyway, I'm going to call it now, if the dates and venue for the Worlds are not confirmed as "Lakeside, 5-13 Jan 2019" (i.e. its a new venue and/or new dates), I will allow Nikkiboy to change my username to "I Love Des" for the remainder of September, and I shall select a suitable avatar.

Well given the username I am thinking more a pic of Des in a love heart. But lets see what comes out today first.

And if it doesn’t get announced until October?

Of course I am working on the assumption that its being released today, as per the news article that appeared on the BDO site. We shall cross that bridge if we get to it.

Surely they will all just go to the new venue, its all about the darts and not the location. Or something.

Well it won't concern you or Ginge as you never turn up, talk is cheap........luckily there is still a group of comrades that do support BDO darts, it is said they have a secret discussion page to arrange attendance of grand occasions such as Lakeside, they are the Masons of Darts.

I guess you are correct. These darting purists must make their annual pilgrimage to the new home of world darts.

now if it is in Preston I will join them. Maybe.
