This place is full of fools....the BDO have been stagnant for too long.....now Hearn has heard about the new relaxed attitude of the new board who knows what will happen ........all news is seen as bad news on here.Buzz Fledderjohn wrote:By "positive change" do you mean that someone over at BDO Towers has finally worked out which end of Twitter is which?Paddy McGinty wrote:This thread is a great example of how positive changes in the BDO are viewed by the majority on here..........says it all really.
And that this "positive change" is being viewed as marginally less interesting than a pointless discussion about the level of UK Open success enjoyed by Denis Ovens?
Think you could be right there. It speaks volumes.

I'm fairly sure the news of free entry to Pro Tour events was seen as a good thing by all but the most blinkered members of the forum.
And the news of the expanded format for the upcoming world professional championships (you know, the one on telly that you can actually buy tickets to go and watch, that one) was met with almost universal approval.
There's good news out there if you know where to look.
