Great final with both players going toe to toe.

David is right, that is two Sundays, and in fact 2 weeks where Gary has played really well.

Going into the World Championship in fantastic form and every chance of becoming a 3 time Champion of the World.
Well i hope he is in better form than last year's Ally Pally ..he was a disgrace against Taylor last year...a complete rollover to let the Taylor farewell roll on..
Don't quite understand your point.

Are you suggesting that Gary is not in much better form going into Ally Pally this year than last.?

Agree he was poor against Taylor last year, but don't think you will find many on this forum who would disagree.
Could have sworn he lost to Taylor this year, rather than last.
29th December 2017 apparently. ;-)

Anderson just faltered after breaking back to go 9-9 in another entertaining semi between the two big guns.
Gurney had darts against him in the first round to out, so fair play to beating MVG in a final.

2 darts players playing against each other is "not fair".
