2019 Q-School

Re: 2019 Q-School
It’s always been 2 years for automatic and OOM qualifiers, unless it’s changed this year but I don’t think it has.
Re: 2019 Q-School
That cant be right surely?? Very difficult to get in top 64 from 0 in one year, although a few do it, most wont.
Re: 2019 Q-School
Shepherd wins.
Bates can go celebrate with Whitehead.
Menzies now is now Murnan's biggest fan.
But unless Murnan turns it around again from 1-4 down, it'll be Nathan Derry who does a Labanauskas.

Re: 2019 Q-School
Yes, but at least he knows that if he stops playing total crap he has a chance.
Or not.
Congratulations Derry, on a last-day rescue mission.

Re: 2019 Q-School
And the BDO summary:
Automatic:
Baker
McGeeney
Table:
Durrant - escaped to a card; will be so interesting to see whether he can learn to handle the pressure playing every week
Whitehead - might have felt he blew it yesterday when losing from 4-0 up but consistent points over the 4 days got him in.
Didn't get a card:
Ashton: just 1 win away. Her finishing let her down when it counted in her day 3 and day 4 losses.
Williams: must be gutted to have 8 from the first two days and then get 2 ducks.
Waites: not even close.

Re: 2019 Q-School
Waites was never likely to be good enough for a card. Slightly surprised that Williams failed.
Re: 2019 Q-School
It's a great bit of kit, everyone should be using it.

Ha. I completely forgot about McKinstry.phil davies wrote: ↑Sun Jan 20, 2019 5:04 pmWaites attempt was a disgrace over 3”4 days. Williams and Ashton could both do some damage on the challenge tour. I really hope that Ashton's performance here pushes her on to do the Challenge Tour. Does she have a multi-year exemption for the BDO Worlds from her 2018 win?
