So Mr BDO4life turns his back on the voulenteers and democratically elected officials who made him. What a treacherous cowardly act.

Re: 2019 Q-School
The thing that I always thought was stupid about Des opening his doors and welcoming players back who fail Qschool was that it just makes them look terrible.
The out and out favorite for Lakeside next year is a player that finished 98th in a competition to get into the PDC.

I see Duzzas parting shot to the BDO is to go on BDOF and have a go at people talking about him on there.
Re: 2019 Q-School
Seems fair enough, he will be dead to them on there now.Zapp Brannigan wrote:I see Duzzas parting shot to the BDO is to go on BDOF and have a go at people talking about him on there.

I dont see him as a favorite, think Waites (or WIlliams if he tries again) can beat him over a long game.ChrisW wrote: ↑Sun Jan 20, 2019 5:25 pmUnty Bunker didn't enter.Zapp Brannigan wrote: ↑Sun Jan 20, 2019 5:22 pm The thing that I always thought was stupid about Des opening his doors and welcoming players back who fail Qschool was that it just makes them look terrible.

Re: 2019 Q-School
The ones who just missed out will get plenty of Pro Tour games in as reserves for those who got cards but will miss a few or current card holders that can't be arsed. Always the way.
Re: 2019 Q-School
Reserves for Pro Tour places are based on Challenge Tour performance, aren't they?DavidOwen67 wrote:The ones who just missed out will get plenty of Pro Tour games in as reserves for those who got cards but will miss a few or current card holders that can't be arsed. Always the way.

Used to be a countdown from those who missed out. Didn't realise that had changed.
Re: 2019 Q-School
Isn't that due to where they are on the Challenge Tour rankings and nothing to do with how they did at QS ?DavidOwen67 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 20, 2019 5:39 pm The ones who just missed out will get plenty of Pro Tour games in as reserves for those who got cards but will miss a few or current card holders that can't be arsed. It hasn't been like that since at least the 2017 season.DavidOwen67 wrote:Used to be a countdown from those who missed out. Didn't realise that had changed.

Re: 2019 Q-School
Menzies has as good as a card,he will get in to every players champs and be able to qualfy for euro tours,so if he’s anywhere near good enough he can get in to the top 65 by the end of the year and he will automatically get his card for next year.wont need to return to q school.

Re: 2019 Q-School
had it in the wrong thread first, belongs here ofc:
So, now that it is all in the books, Q-School did ionce more prove that Phil Taylor is the only difference between the codes as well as that the Lakeside champ and finalist are certainly to be regarded Top 3 respectively 4 in thr world.

Which is exactly why Q-School is virtually a waste of time...
