I dont have any issues with either the song or Mensur using it as his walk on.

Just feel that given the connotations of the connection between the song and that team from the other side of the city, it is asking for trouble letting him walk on to it in certain venues. Nearly created a riot in Aberdeen earlier this year.

The problem is people being idiots not the song.

Sectarianism in Scotland is just pathetic. Even had bloke try to start on me in Ayr once because I was wearing blue Cardiff top and to him this somehow meant I must surely have supported Rangers too utterly pathetic.

Nothing to do with sectarianism, Ayr United supporters hate Rangers ever since Kanchelskis stood on the ball and saluted them in a Scottish Cup match years ago.
