Oh dear.

The only thing falling at the moment is his credibility.

Well you can read it one of two ways:

- something is on the verge of being sorted

or

- He is just hoping something will be sorted whilst he is away.

The players must be fuming that there is nothing yet sorted, Imagine those that are playing that need to book holidays off work and say the dates change to accommodate any arrangement that is made with sponsors or broadcaster for the BDO Worlds and then some players not being able to change their holidays? I can also imagine that if it ends up at a different venue than Lakeside that it will not be announced until as late as possible probably meaning it costing players and fans a fortune and then there is the prize fund...Imagine spending your playing year grafting to make it to the Worlds expecting to at least get a certain amount in prize money and then that is not even certain? Last of all...Imagine what an embarrassment it must be for the players to have to explain all this crap to their sponsors who have supported them who have probably thought that their player(s) if they made the Worlds would get some exposure on TV...Complete shambles

Haha thanks paddy, my interest in terms of commenting always rises around the gsod world and q-school time. Much like many other casual darts fans. I like the intrigue of will x or y switch. I know that's not an issue now that des has removed the restrictions.

A bit about me then, I watch more than I play especially since I lost the dartboard in the spare room due to having kids. My favourite player is Gary Anderson but being a lefty I also like James Wade. Favourite current bdo player probably Durrant but there's not a lot of choice these days.

I hope the bdo survive their current crisis and find anyway to unify themselves somewhere in line with the challenger and development tour event if possible. There must be some good people lower down the system who could be an asset to the pdc on the amateur side.

Just sneak the dartboard back up behind a canvas somewhere, the family will never notice!
