Not at all but there are people closing their accounts on bet365 in the last 12 months because they don’t offer value

No you haven't, he isn't doing it until later.

As an aside I can only assume Lakeside have lost the password to the Lakeside Darts Facebook page as they still haven't told their thousands of followers that the tickets are available yet.

I think they've sold about one-third of the tickets across the whole tournament.

That's very good. Surely this and the other post re one third of tickets sold show what a risk it will be to move from lakeside?

Day sessions are still being sold. The free tickets may add, at most, 200 a day more likely 100 imo

Everyone has piled in during the first 48 hours to buy them after months of chomping at the bit. Will take at least a month, if longer, to double it.

How much will the BDO lose on tickets if they give all the afternoon sessions away?

No idea. Would be Potter losing out but then gambling on them spending at the bar.

Can't imagine a huge uptake on it tbh. A free £20 ticket is nowt when you have hotels, beer and other tickets to fork out for, but they may as well try.

Ok here's a scenario noone has considered before you all praise the Dessiah

County A has 75 people who want free afternoon tickets and they are duly organised for free from the BDO hierarchy

However only 25 people from County A then turn up for said Sessions.

The BDO , as per Des announcement, summarily bill County A for the cost of 50 tickets

County A, for whatever reason, do not pay the BDO for these tickets

What happen's next ?

Does Des and BDO then sue County A for these costs possibly forcing a County into administration ?

Does County A and its players get suspended from the BICC until they pay up ?

Do the 50 persons get barred from all things BDO until they each pay for their tickets ?

The BDO do nothing ?

Any thoughts ?

Any of the forum going to Lakeside to watch the darts? I've heard Wednesday night is the premium session for entertainment.
