He's got you there, Drupes.
Unless you actually think it wouldn't be streamed either.

Correct. No live coverage of any sort.
Mobile phone live streaming from Marco Meier's breast pocket does not count.

Channel 4 didnt produce it. IMG did...who were the same people the BBC used for years.
In any case be careful what you wish for - unlikely that any new channel will be spending the same on production.
Yes I meant the production that was on C4.
Just stating my opinion, I’m sure others would agree - in fact those things were mentioned time after time on here in the past two Lakesides! Why so different to what the produced on the BBC??

Will the final weekend only being on tv count as a win for Des/BDO ?
I think that’s achievable at this late stage, bt sport have some channels to fill that weekend with no German or Italian football on.

It would be a horrible loss in real terms, but with all the disasters of late it would be claimed as a success.

Given we should hopefully see 90+ averages in the final weekend then from a tv point it would be good - as long as the remainder is available to view somewhere and the coverage is fit for tv then fine!

Today's reminder that the 'World Pro' is 80 days away and has

Indeed the Chairman has got it so under control he is currently enjoying a holiday, at the BDO expense, at the MOST SPECTACULAR DARTS EVENT OF THE YEAR, the true pinnacle of the BDO circuit. What a guy and what a great life he leads, brings a tear to your eye.

Er, it's been forced on him as involvement would breach a contract and risk them being taken to court

Originally employing a company to do your work for you is indeed delegation...... your point is lacking.

How about breaking that contract 27 times, risk being taken to court and probably having to fold with the court costs and fines?
Great leadership

Just watched a bit of snooker on quest. Could be a good choice for the BDO.
