It has been proven that once a player switches to the PDC the pounds just drop off.
Obviously you are pisstaking but now you have said it, I wonder if that is actually true to a degree....
Probably not as there is more darts in the PDC so more bad diet and booze.

hmm, not convinced. Anyway, it's a massive problem in darts generally, I was not meant to pick on BDO particularly.
Puts me off a bit. I am playing a lot less darts now that I made efforts to be healthier, and when I do I often just drink diet coke or something. I am having the summer off completely from darts.

I saw a quick video on FB the other day by someone backstage at Selsey I think. When I saw it all I could see was a dozen upcoming heart attacks...

exactly. 80% of people involved in darts have a big health issue. those 8 in that video really do need to sort them selves out if they want to live long and prosper.
4 in 5, that really is an awful statistic. Need to start a campaign!

Long live the BDO. Long live proper darts. Long live the official body of darts. And long live the BDO die hards who defend the BDO on social media.

If you look at Cross on his UK Open run in 2016 before he joined the PDC he was about 3 stone lighter than he is after a couple of years in the PDC. He's piled the weight on, not lost weight.

Posted it in here before realising it was the Youth Grand Prix. Was going to move it to Darts in the media but just left it here.
