No, but he hit a 154 finish in the Lyon Thursday Night League so apparently that means he's the next Champ.

Doesn’t matter who the players are ffs, the mc and refs are the way forward.

So it's looking like Ashton and Suzuki will avoid each other until the final. Great from Suzuki to get to number 2 spot from only 12 events played

... again.

Welsh Classic: Hedman 4-0, Winstanley 4-1, Dobromyslova 5-2
Welsh Open: Turner 4-0, Winstanley 4-1, Hedman 4-2, Ashton 5-3
(Won the English Pentathlon)
English National: Sherrock 4-3, Winstanley 4-3, Griffiths 4-1
England Open: Pruim 4-1, Hedman 4-1, Suzuki 4-1, de Graaf 4-3*, Sherrock 5-4
Lincolnshire Darts Ladies Classic**: Ashton 4-2, Turner 4-0, Dobromyslova 5-4***

In her run, she's played and won all of her matches against the top 8, 4 of them twice and Hedman and Winstanley 3 times.
She's 11th on the rolling invitational rankings. Even if she doesn't win, with deep runs in the England Masters/Classic and British Open weekends she'll gain more points and move up the rankings.

* From 2-3 down, Greaves went out in 15 darts in the last two legs, with de Graaf missing one dart for the match and being on a finish in the other leg.
** Greaves seeded at last in 8th
*** Dobromyslova blew it, missing lots of doubles and unable to take out double 1 in the last leg.

Is a 14 year old allowed to play on Lakeside? I remember there was a lot of discussion about MvG playing on the tour before he was 16

Apparently hes allowed to qualify via the table but not enter the qualifers, which is just a daft discrepency but at least its better than the rules under the Williams regime where he wouldnt have been allowed to play at all.

Shouldn't be playing at all, to young. That's like saying I'm a good driver, I compete in go carts, drive racing cars competitively I know i'm only 16 but give me a driving license.
