Durrant could win PDC tournaments. Waites has won one, it's not difficult

Highest average in the final since Bunting in 2014 and before that 2005 with RVB.

Garry Murphy wrote: Sun Jan 13, 2019 7:57 pm What a magnificent end to the comp with Glen Durrant picking up the trophy, and honestly admitting his titles are not on a par with Bristows titles win in a unified field.
He admits he was not playing the likes of MVG or Michael Smith and could only beat what was in front of him, The audience were silent and seething as Durrant put the boot in as he jumped ship with £100,000 of the bdo money in his back pocket.

Welcome to the PDC glen
And as fitting, with a cheque having a spelling mistake on it.
A nice touch.

So still not beating the long standing Taylor final average on an ancient board with huge wires?

Shut up.
Dont you know Taylors average which is still a record is always deflected away from.
Even the comms today mentioned the winmau boards they are playing on are far bigger than the old boards.

BDO fans are trying to erase taylor as if he never existed in the bdo
i am so sorry for my actions these last ten years, i'm going through a tough time

Advice please? If I bet on Glen to win the PDC World Championships, and he doesn’t actually reach said Championships, do I get my money back?

No, if it’s an ante post bet you don’t get money back for a non runner.

phil davies wrote: Sun Jan 13, 2019 7:47 pm Lakeside is going to be a hell of a lot of a weaker field next year. Fully expect Durrant, Williams, Waites to get their cards. Plus others that were here this year like Whitehead and McKinstry have a good chance.
You really think they will all get a card. only about 20 cards max to be won, maybe less.
Will do well if 3 of these get cards possibly 2.

Not necessarily. He might make top 16 but how many outside of that were lower odds than that?

If you were to price up the next PDC WC now i think you'd struggle to make Durrant less than 50's.

First time since they started doing them the bbc haven’t done a live thread for this final.

Also during the pdc final 5 of the top trending terms on Twitter was darts, nothing trending at all for darts today.

But but but trending on Twitter means nothing, it’s the national newspapers, Zeyes said so :WWWW:
