The whole tale is ludicrous. Why would you pay 250% mark up?

You would be surprised how much people pay for tickets on resale sites such as Stubhub and Viagogo.

Indeed, My mum bought me and my brother tickets for Ally Pally (Semi Finals) about 3 years ago for xmas and paid a ridiculous amount for them. 2 or 3 hundred quid.

Bad enough paying that mark up though and then buying double the quantity you actually need.

People who are stupid enough to pay that much for tickets deserve to be ripped off tbh.

There was a case a few weeks back of some stupid bint paying over £4000 for two tickets for a concert, she went through checkout and saw the final total then clicked buy! She then complained that she had been ripped off, well if you knew it was a rip off why did you buy it!

Ticket touts not what they used to be.

I remember going to sold out venues in Manchester. Used to wait until the gig had started then approach a tout. Used to get tickets for less than their box office price.

But you will be surprised how many they will have sold for twice the face value before the gig.
The same ones have been outside the Ally Pally for years and usually sell tier seats for £100 and table seats for £150 during the later stages of the tournament.

Course it wasn't from the PDC, the very first reply stated they had sold out.

I know that and you know that but Paddy was pushing his agenda again, implying he was MADE to buy 6.

And eBay dont have any tickets listed, from a quick search. Are you allowed to sell tickets for this event on there?

You can't sell tickets on Ebay any more. They have to go on Stubhub (who are or at least were part of Ebay when it started up)
