Ally Pally has been a big money spinner for a long time now surely.

Ally Pally has been a big money spinner for a long time now surely.

The difference is that the PDC gets the full benefit of the Worlds , whereas the PL is Matchroom run and so they get the profits and pay the PDC a fee.

Not really, it is what it is, I'm not trying to suggest anything, I was just saying that the Worlds growing is financially good news for the PDC more so than the success of the PL.

Matchroom came up with the PL concept , hired the venues, got the sponsors, got the tv and crowds and gave PDC £1m a year - which was used to set up the Pro Tour.
Dunno what the numbers are these days but the point is the PDC will not get the full benefit.

Used statements which acted as open questions, maintained eye contact and responded to what Hearn was saying to show she was listening and fed off the response to get more information ("Tell us!").

Also, most importantly, she only said Barry Hearn's name once.
