Averages over 90 for the weekend just gone. Question - can Leighton Bennett qualify for Lakeside main draw at his age? I think they've changed the rules so that he can, whatever, two 90+ averages for county on the same weekend at his age is some achievement!

Nice to see Somerset's (from Wells) Justin Hood on the list. Great bloke, very good player and getting more and more consistent. He has never tried stepping up a level, doesn't even play many opens. Would love to see him have a go at Q School and Challenge Tour.

Glenn West hit his 104.86 average against a mate of mine - he was absolutely gutted on Facebook. Said it's the best he's played in months, and certainly his best County game (this being his first season) and he gets walloped 3-0 by someone hitting a ton plus average.

Random Oche statement #759

oh, and incorrect. I've always said it should be replace by Inter City/Town leagues/comps all held on one day. Would be lead to more publicity and interest and could be streamed.

See 13 year old Leighton Bennett in there twice for Saturday and Sunday.

See he's playing for Lincs. Home county or has he already gone over to the dark side?

He’s from round here, don’t know where but he’s playing local tournaments now.

Won the Scunthorpe Boxing Day tournament that had a ton of players at qschool and a couple of tour card holders in it
