He can’t be going to q school, that was a free £150 on offer from ginge and oche. Anyone who was thinking about going would have taken the bet and entered.

Apparently the reason he refused to match the bet is, and I quote:
All forms of gambling within the PDC are against their rules now and the reason Ginge is overly keen for me to have the bet with him is so that he can go grassing in an attempt to stop me playing
