They can try piggyback of the success of the PDC but no normal person sees the bdo as anything other that the amatuer lower league version.

gloves off - i was worried about tje bdo a year ago - looked like hearn had finally killed of the grassroots - but des is the all conquering saviour of darts - hell raise the bdo prize money and events - no one will go q school - and the pdc will fail to grow new players - the bdo will keep prodycing them - pdc have won battles - but bdo will win the war -

No no no, it has nothing to do with Des, all the ITK’s here said so...
I'm not entirely sure whether to admire or pity these posters who consistently and nonsensically support the BDO.
The BDO is history, it has been for a long while. Totally and utterly inept, and is out of touch in its attempt to still control world darts and has become a comedy sideshow which is only entertaining to see something as trivial annoy people so much.
Also good to see Ian doing well (genuinely) at Q School.
