His A-game looks so effortless, IMO only Gary Anderson can match that these days (the likes of MvG and the others who copied his style over the last few years don't come across as effortless to me, but rather "brutal" or "relentless").

I really hope Lewis makes it back to the Premier League with some good runs, ever since the lineup is pretty much dominated by todays gurning and screaming freak show brigade I'm rarely be bothered to watch it....

Erh, MvG copied Lewis’ style??
Nope, it was meant to be "MvG and the other players who copied MvGs style"

Premier League is in the UK, goes to same venues most years, and Matchroom organizes the hotels.
Players Championships and ET qualifiers are at only a few venues, so players will be staying in the same hotels.
So, not like they're on the road every day in an unfamiliar place.
Trust me, travelling constantly is exhausting - both mentally and physically. I’ve done over 100 flights in 2 years. They’ve then got the constant practicing 3-5 hours per day. It’s not a typical 9-5 job.
Right now Cross mostly has 4 travel days in a week, but not consecutive days, to familiar places and with stuff arranged for him, and currently no time changes.

I think that the bigger problem is indirectly related to travel: diet and exercise. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is harder on the road. I don't know what the PDC and PDPA do to help with that. I suspect the PDC does nothing.
I am pretty sure that the hotels these guys stay in will have a gym which they could pay a visit to and would think that restaurants also sell salads and the like as well as burger and chips.
I suspect the lack of exercise in most players will be down to laziness.

Ask DBG, He can tell us what he does when he is on tour. Mind he won’t be out of bed yet to answer, maybe about 9 tonight.

ENTRIES have been confirmed for Players Championships 9-10 as the fifth ProTour double-header of 2019 takes place at The Barnsley Metrodome on April 6-7.

Former UK Open finalist Corey Cadby will make his highly-anticipated return at Players Championship 9 on April 6 as he stars in a PDC ranking event for the first time in over a year following visa complications.

Two Tour Card Holders, Michael van Gerwen and John Goldie, will be absent on both days in Barnsley, and will be replaced by Ritchie Edhouse and Stephen Burton from the Unicorn Challenge Tour Order of Merit.

The Players Championship double-header will be broadcast live through PDCTV-HD on both days (1200 GMT start), with live action shown on two streams.

betting for this weekend: Lewis 20/1, Durrant 22/1, Price 25/1, Cadby 33/1, Aspinall 40/1 - has duzza been practising well?

I noticed in the last couple that players looked to be trying to wind each other up by moving to the oche and then taking a couple of steps back to 'ready' themselves again knowing that the other player by reaction would have stepped in behind them but then have to move away when they step back as the table meant their was no room for both of them behind the oche - good potential for some finger pointing

Anderson withdrew? He got more important things to do after being almost completely out of competition for months?

Terrible choice of second board
Have to agree. 1st board not bad though, especially Snakebite vs Hughes.
