And the points won in these games still count! Absolutely ridiculous. Could have MvG ending up playing Steve Lennon whilst Wade gets Durrant

Yeah, I agree that the points shouldn’t count. Nice exhibition money for some of those players 💰

Meanwhile, MvG gets big Hendo. Gurney must be absolutely spitting feathers.

That is a right mess they created it was not hard each week 1 of the players get a challenge match best of 13 legs and a 1000 win bouus if they cause the upset points should not count

I've resurrected the thread from the other day in the General section.
If you two could keep this going in said thread, I would be grateful, I will move the posts there.

It's a bit random for the opponents, but It's a competitive exhibition, so no real harm done.

I think it's a good choice. Gives other players a chance to play "locally" so it's not a big strain for them.

They could do the same next year with the wildcard spot they gave to van Barneveld this year.

Apologies mon frère, I had an exceptionally busy day with the wife yesterday and promptly omitted to get on the bet.
Sincere apologies, any more tips will be much appreciated and I will jump on them.

Whitlock should get Anderson's place seeing as how he's the highest ranked player in the PDC rankings at 10

Whitlock should've got in in the first place before Barney got a wildcard into the PL

SImon Whitlock? Do me a favour, not in Martin Adams class, in fact Scott Mitchell would have been a fine addition to the Circus, former world champion and England Captain, a real gentleman, all Hearn is bothered about is £ notes.

just proving the point its a glorified exhibition and to think some people think it should count towards the rankings.

Saying that im looking forward to Judgement night in Rotterdam should be a great atmosphere with Barney playing MvG , anyone else going ?
