It's a good venue. Been a few times recent years for gigs.

Off to watch Adam Ant in November there (last saw him there in 1979 at the same venue as Adam and the Ants. Just prior to the single ant music being released.).

Blackburn a bit of a dump though.

hope tickets are priced.at the lower level. Might go if they are (to one night). £10 - £15 seems fair imo.

Anyway, I won. What do I win? Hopefully tickets to the WDT! Can’t wait, it’s a in Blackburn, some call it, the Las Vegas of England. Glitz and glamour!

They may as well offer them for free.

But never fear! Ginges Ticket Counting Services will be on hand for the full six weeks. Regular updates of the sales with numbers the Fanatics will refuse to believe again until they see the venue on television.

Plus you get a 10% discount at the local curry house when you show your tickets for the venue.
Seems there’s no onsite restaurant only bars.

Lstyle host and sponsor many events in Asia and US.

Biggest darts brand in Asia.

This deal is totally different to the EDO deal.
Do you think this has been negotiated directly with the 2 companies directly or by their UK 'partner stockists ?
Lstyle have directly negotiated the deal themselves.

There was emails sent out last year by Sportotal to ask companies to tender for certain deals that were on the table. Monster forwarded me theres as they were not fully aware of what it was all about.

No restaurants in the venue? An improvement on Potter's salmonella and chips, I suppose.

It’s a 3.5 out of 5 rating on TripAdvisor but with a warning the restaurant has tried to fiddle its rating and customer reviews, so you may want to treat with a pinch of salt. At that rating would be looking elsewhere in Blackburn for somewhere to eat.

Yes, because we all know darts fans like to have a full Indian whilst watching live darts at a venue

Dear god. Of all the things you can criticise the event for this is hardly top of the list, is it?

Not great if the companies werent aware the tender was coming.

From last weeks announcement and now this, take up on the tender to sponsor this event seems to have missed the target.

Feeling frivolous this evening as finished a big project at work last week, so shorter hours this week :)

More of an issue is how many tickets will they sell. It’s not yet on sale. Okay it’s a reasonable location in a town centre if you live in North West. Public transport to get there pretty good. Those living elsewhere in the country though, it’s a completely crap location.
