You say that but hasn’t he Zuiderdein gone to the wall as well? No sponsor and don’t think it’s been confirmed as happening yet.

There isn’t a single event marked up in the BDO calender as being ranked for it either.

So again the event isn’t well supported

There is a message on the ranking page of the Masters site which says:

"Mid 2019 more information will follow about the ranking for the Masters in December 2019"

Why have a cut-off four and a half months before the event? Lunacy. The cutoff for Lakeside isnt even that long before it.

Is it possible that is a mistake and they forgot to move the cutoff to July/August to fit in with the new date?

Paul doesn’t seem to think so

If it is accurate, then clearly its an attempt to keep the qualification period a 12 month one, rather than a 16 month one where some events wont count. If its moving to August permanently then best to just bite the bullet and move the cutoff with it.

So looks like we'll know the field shortly.
