As am I. Seems a long time since the last Major in Blackpool.

Only bet for me tonight is Cullen to beat White at 6/4.

Although I was tempted to take the 3/1 on Ando to beat Keegan in the Sky graphic.

Would not be unduly surprised if Keegan wins tonight, but hoping a Gary win is the catalyst for him to kick on this season.

Have to say, unlike Merv, not overly surprised by Dimitri going the bull route on 105. Have seen Gary go that way numerous times.

Perhaps the surprise was he went T16, D16, rather than tops, tops.

Mervyn clearly rattled, as he should have never lost that 1st set.

Good crowd tonight compared to last few years on opening night. Tickets must have gone on sale handy and been well promoted.

Well played Mervyn King. Looked all over the loser when Dimitri went 2-0 up in that deciding set.

Den Bergh struggled to get off all throughout that match, and cost him dearly.
