Much better walk on tune from Kevin Burness, compared with his last one.

Teammate of mine could be Kevin Burness's twin. Minus the tats.
But neither of these are gonna trouble MVG.

Klaasen has an action that gives me confidence my own janky throw may not be the worst I've seen.

Who's spotting this? It's a little off or am I being harsh considering it's the opening game?

Think Klaasen will still come through this 3-1, but MvG will tear him a new one if he doesn’t play any better.

Yes. He was speaking at Olly Croft's funeral.

Klaasen now in the ascendency. Just needs to hold his throw in the 4th set, and he can look forward to a 2nd Round clash with MVG.

Thought Jelle played well.

Different kettle of fish against MVG next, and have to say in their previous meetings since the incident with Daphne's sister, MVG has wanted to smash Klaasen, but Jelle has not shown the same aggression against van Gerwen. Klaasen needs to give it back to Michael, if he has any chance of getting a win.

Not expecting a handshake prior to the start of the match.
