You would assume the PDC would veto it if he isnt picked by them. Its their event ffs.

This was a comment on fanatics discussing this subject. saying what duzza should do if he doesn't get given a place by the BDO.

I do wonder if folks are on the wind up trying to get mention on JC's blog. Or maybe some think Duzza has a right to be given a slot and can thus make a legal challenge!

No way would they want one of their spots going to a PDC player. I know Bunting represented the BDO as their WC, but that was before the PDC articulated that the BDO were in total control of their invites.

Could easily be solved by scraping the ridiculous 8 pdc qualifiers and actually putting all winners(and runners up of tv events) into the slam like they should be anyway.

Then it wouldn't be ranked, reducing the tournament's value.
