That's the problem... They are all pretty much the same.. There are no Barney or Anderson or King as he was.. or Hankey or Fordham or Wolfie in their prime... You would look forward to any of them playing PDC players.. You can't say the same now about anybody in the BDO
The thing is that if you watch a BDO tournament, there will be matches which are good quality and players who play very well, but it is not easy to predict which ones! Every one of the BDO Players at the Slam may have played better the following week, although given that only Harms was in any sort of form that is unlikely. With 40 players focussed on their main tournament of the year, the odds are you will see better performances than those shown in the last week, especially the further into the tournamnet you get.

Wade igniting the game with a 161 checkout for a break and levelling the match at 4-4. Been pretty poor fayre prior to that.

Wade responding to Adie's shouting by giving it large after hitting the winning double in that 9th leg.

Two consecutive bull finishes for Wade.

Not playing great but as MVG articulates, he is hitting the right shot at the right moment.

Don't see any way back for Lewis, and expect Wade to win by 3 legs.

Adie did brilliant to win that match.

Wade in control since going 5-4 up, but credit to Lewis who stuck in there and got the win.

Gutted, Wade always falls for Adie"s gamesmanship (not complaining) of over celebrating, retrieving darts slowly etc. I know Wade does stuff also so as stated not moaning. More annoyed Wade hasn't realised his antics and just stood back a little or try something different.
Thinking of one.

Great last 5 minutes between Wade & Lewis, before that it was a complete damp squib and a reminder of how far both have fallen in the past 3 or 4 years. Lewis picked it up and credit to him, some OTT celebrations that he shouldn't be proud of though.

Nice line at the end of the interview after discussing his own poor form in the past few years, Lewis said "some people thought I was BDO"
