Price was so dominant that Wright only had 11 darts at doubles in the 22 legs.

Has been said the last 3 years and he's gone out 1st round each time, to Wright, Clayton & Aspinall. 4th time in a row would be nice fingers crossed.

Price thoroughly deserved there, Snakebite played well but was up against a monster in every sense of the word. That's 1-1 in major finals between these two.

I'm the first to admit im not the biggest fan of price, but he is actually some player. If he could just cut out all the celebrations, I know they say he does that to motivate himself though, but still celebrating a 140 an that like hes won the match or something. Someone said thats like the postman celebrating everytime he delivers a letter haha. What was he like during tonights game? I missed had to go into work. But a big well done to Mr price not many people manage to defend their titles, MVG and Anderson apart

I don’t remember him celebrating ANY 140’s in that match. Only really a couple of big celebrations.

Some of the legs he won he was very restrained.
MVG also gave it some big style.

All professional sport is an entertainment business.

Entertainment = viewers.
Viewers = more money.
More money = bigger, better and more comps.

Price is box office, few in here need a reality check.

Totally agree.

Price was phenomenal yesterday. A deserved winner.

I’ve no issue with the celebrations, mvg does the same thing.

He kind of reined in his celebrations this time around, only went for it when it was really warranted. What a performance, it really takes something to do that in a final, especially after beating MvG in the semi. Poor Wright didn't even play badly, but had no chance!

Hearn still sees a way forward for the BDO: they have to concentrate on the amateur side of the game. Will Des, or the one to follow him, accept this?

problem the PDC have, imo, this comps needs some non PDC players however they work that out.

I guy also adds 8 ladies. so thinks there should be 20 bdo representatives. I am taking it they are on the wind up or just deluded.
