Lisa Ashton has gone down in my opinion now, reading the facebook stuff and it appears she feels a certain amount of entitlement.

Rumors Des making decisions rough shot, never consulting many of the board. I do feel sorry for whoever takes over next. It needs to be someone independent, no ties to any county, players, venues. It needs a clear out, have some experience on board to advise but not make decisions.

Seedings, comp categories, entry fees should be set at the start of each season and stuck too, if something is wrong note it and change at AGM. If sponsors cant cover prize funds or tv companies then they need reducing, they do only effect the top 10% or so I guess the rest run at a loss with travel, hotels etc.
