It's only a matter of time before the sponsorship deal with Fruit of the Loom is finally announced. I've got a feeling everything is gonna be juuuuuust fine.

Why pay £100,000 to the winner? That 'bait' isn't going keep any top players in the bdo system. It's not going to give the impression this is a professional went to viewers.

A waste of money. Save £50,000 with a simple decision.

20 working days to receive prize money apparently... BDO must need all the interest they can accrue..

The worst thing here is that Neil Duff made the statement and asked the question on Fanatics but either side of the post is DesPaula is posting flyers for Torremolinos and the Lincolnshire Open but cannot be arsed to comment on this issue..

I agree I needs to be cut 50k 25k then rest same 15k 6.5k 4500 3250 2000 that will save 60k and still not that bad

Very silly saying increase in woman’s prize fund when they can’t pay for increases

They can, by slashing the mens fund. Easiest and cheapest way to get more parity

Can't cut it back too much. A ticket might be worth more than winning a round.

Nope, but I doubt that Doogie Howser could save it at this point.

The wimmin may get their wish of equal prize money, just not the way they wanted.

Remember the loons suggesting 100k for the the wimmin's winner as well?
