It sounds like anyone coming on board now will be solely a volunteer so will be able to walk away easily. Not good if the voices of the BDO change from one production to the next.

No recognition of the great job done in the past from those referees and MCs, loads of applications despite the positions not having been advertised, the BDO has been terrible for the last 6 years, and he is the Messiah.
