Have to say, think Paul Booth is a decent MC and will do a good job, but let's get this right, Richard Ashdown was the face of the BDO, and losing him is detrimental to the organisation, and this is exacerbated by the manner in which his loss was communicated.

No he is not. Have met Richard twice in Vegas at that WSOD event in the last 3 years, and was unaware he was working for ITV. In contrast I have watched him fronting the Lakeside on numerous occasion, and was fully aware he was the BDO MC.
