Been to one before a few years ago, can’t remember too much I was shitfaced the whole time

They were good.

I went to one at at the Sheffield Arena in 2012. Six acts. 12 of us had a box, was great. Five, 911 and Atomic Kitten amongst the acts.

Although it was funny when the Honeyz (yes, me neither) came on and about 20% of the people in the crowd vanished to go to the toilet

I went to an 80s one at Butlins, some band were on then China Crisis came on stage. Slowly no one danced and more filtered out of the room. 10 mins in and loads had emptied the room. Singer announced their final song at the end of the set and loads of people cheered.
There was no encore.
Madness tribute then came on and the place went nuts.
