Ive no idea what hes trying to achieve or what the point of any legal action is but if he does win it will be something to one up themselves and their supporters will love.

Just an observation, but it seems to me that every time any one gives Des Jacklin the benefit of the doubt and is prepared to reserve judgement, the next issue raised vindicates the opinion that he is somewhat inept.

Paula on the other hand, is a complete liability, and goes from PR disaster to PR disaster.

One would have thought that Des's username on here (Dilligaf) was his opinion on forums, but in all honesty it is consistent with his approach to running the BDO, and as the Senior Executive of that organisation , would have expected him to adopt a more conciliatory attitude towards the public, players and media.
