Am I right that we pay to play in this 'game' where the only prize is a ticket to play in another game?

It seems you are correct, a crucial part was not added. :banghead: Also on our advertorial on Darts News, so we corrected that too

We have two games: 1 game you pay 4.37 GBP and the prize pool is at the moment 174 GBP. We expect it to go the 80+ teams so that will finally be around the 300 GBP.

The other game the "Road to Ally Pally" is a game where you only pay 0.87 GBP for a team (exactly the same game) and only the winner get's a ticket to the final game during the Worlds.

In the final game, there will be 66 ticket winners so 66 teams who divide a prize pool of 5,559 GBP with a 1st prize of 2,316 GBP.

Every ticket is already worth at least 23.16 GBP. See also this page, if someone is interested in how this works: https://zweeler.com/roadToAllyPally

I understood it without that, quite obvious there were two separate games, one with a cash prize and one with a "ticket" prize.
