Add in the youth finalists and any high outshot prize and its probably £360k+

Hope they are also safe about someone having a rush of blood and hitting a 9 Darter as well ;)

Isnt that usually insured? Either way they have the premium to pay out if they are offering it still.

Then again, there are so many 9 darters these days relatively speaking, if you can even still get insurance for it then its not going to be cheap.

Didn’t pay the youths at the masters after saying they would so wouldn’t worry about that

Do we know that for sure? I’m sure I saw a post on FB saying they had been paid.

I think you should check your facts as I believe the youths did eventually get paid, although I do remember an initial problem with the payout.

What bank would be crazy enough to give the BDO a loan?

They could try but what is there to secure it against? The amount they would need and it would be secured loan territory rather than unsecured, not a chance. And what future income is guaranteed? Any bank will take one look that they are planning to dish out £360k for an event that has £140k currently coming in (and they have other costs to pay out of that, remember), and tell them to fek off. It is beyond irresponsible.

Maybe Des and Paula could arrange a private loan for the BDO?

New mortgage on their house? It's an idea, I suppose.

You tell people to check their facts because you believe, ok.

A figure of speech, they were paid out. is that better. Now if the rest could bring it on themselves to apologise for misleading the forum with more fake news.......
