The spelling mistakes actually make it more likely to be real as we know no-one in the BDO can use a spell checker.

I was sent this last night. I was told it's a follow up letter from the welsh counties that was previously sent to the BDO and ignored.

shouldn't be too hard to send a holding reply to that guff although within 14 days of an un-dated letter can be a long time

That letter is depressing to read. I take no pleasure in saying that the BDO's management should have handled this situation better. Ignoring the situation will not make it go away.
Still, should it really been made available to the public? We all know it will be shared on social media pages and on the bulletin boards. It just creates more negativity. The sort of negativity that doesn't help ticket sales.

Re: £450,000
the only negativity that letter will create is towards the clown that wrote it, apart from being illiterate it is guff - if the management of the bdo need any laughs at xmas they should just make some copies of it and put them in the crackers

Aston Villa were subject to a winding-up order 18 months ago over an unpaid tax bill. 17000 supporters still renewed season tickets.Wazza180 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 17, 2019 1:04 pm That letter is depressing to read. Villa fans are not going to stop supporting their local team. The BDO is a nationwide darts organisation. It doesn't have the same regional support to keep them afloat.

Re: £450,000
apparently the letter is not going to be sent now, going to sent after the Worlds (and re written of course). There are enough members backing it to enforce an EGM
