Re: WC Ladies Crowdfunding
I'm sure the ladies would appreciate the gesture, given that the organising body have screwed them over so badly. It's embarrassing that it's had to be done, but fair play to those that have done it.

Why would an organiser donate on gofundme and pay the site commission? Surely just add it on afterwards.
Re: WC Ladies Crowdfunding
Why would you buy a ticket? Surely players get passes for spouses etc?Bag Carrier wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 2:40 pm I have donated as I can’t attend due to work so won’t be buying a ticket.
Every little helps.
Hoping this gathers some momentum after the weekend when more people will see it nationally
If county officials get free tickets then wouldn't friends and family?

But after declaring it was to be increased (doubled?) and then the bdo reduce it (£650 for last 8!) The ladies world championship has already been cheapened. Add to that fallon going to a an exhibition after quiting this and it looks near rock bottom anyway.nikkiboy wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 2:43 pmI understand your motives Tony but don't you think it cheapens the whole thing?Bag Carrier wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 2:40 pm I have donated as I can’t attend due to work so won’t be buying a ticket.

Players get 1 pass for there manager or partner. Ana has a management team in place now.devosteve wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 3:04 pmWhy would you buy a ticket? And i agree it's been downgraded already.
People have the choice to donate or not.
I have chose to, several others have.
I might as Billy Jean King as she was so up on the darts for women during the PDC

May I suggest that the seni finalists dont get any of the money you collect then, at least they should break even. None of the others are likely to, especially if coming from abroad.

Dave "Boy" Green should donate the money he was going to spend on Q-school.

Expect to see jugs of gin instead of water on stage then!

They could have been the headline sponsor for that and had their name put on the tarpaulin with marker pen...

Yeah. They've exceeded the target. Is Parletti pocketing the surplus? :Osoulrebel1980 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 9:02 pm Double trouble drinks Ltd? Looks like these guys have smashed the target then:

As for this drinks company, I'd never heard of them before. They have £436 in the bank?
