That’s what she has been averaging for a good while anyway as do a lot of the other women who qualify for the worlds. The women’s game is much more about who does a lot of the tour rather than who the actual top 16 players are. Their has got to be a good number of women in Asia who are better than at least half the women’s worlds field. Also got to some around Europe that don’t travel and Paula Murphy from USA. Thought Rattys girlfriend Podgorska(spl) would be at this but apparently not.

Her level has dropped just in the past year, so she's now throwing way more 22+ legs, which drops her into a bigger group of players. She'll be losing earlier in the bigger tournaments. Will be outside the top 8 pretty quickly, even with Ashton gone.
